OUR COMMITMENT

Learn Via Center is committed to providing a website experience that is accessible and usable for as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.

Learn Via Center is the education and training division of New Excellence Resource Consulting LLC.

Accessibility is especially important to our mission because practical education and modern skills should be approachable and available to people with different abilities, technologies, and ways of interacting with information.

ACCESSIBILITY MEASURES

As part of the development of the Learn Via Center website, accessibility-related measures have been incorporated into the website's design and functionality.

Current measures include:

  • A skip navigation link
  • Semantic page landmarks and structure
  • Visible keyboard focus styles
  • Labeled Contact form fields
  • Accessible form status and error messaging
  • Alternative text or accessible descriptions for images in inspected website templates
  • Decorative icons that are hidden appropriately from assistive technologies
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive elements where implemented
  • Attention to readable text contrast and responsive layouts

ONGOING ACCESSIBILITY WORK

Accessibility is an ongoing process.

Learn Via Center plans to continue evaluating the website, identifying accessibility barriers, and making reasonable improvements as the website, content, and technology evolve.

A full formal WCAG conformance audit has not yet been completed. Accordingly, we do not currently represent that every page or feature of this website fully conforms to a particular WCAG conformance level.

ACCESSIBILITY GOAL

Our accessibility goal is to work toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to the Learn Via Center website.

WCAG provides internationally recognized guidance for improving the accessibility of web content for people with disabilities.
